Urodynamic Specialist

Position Summary:
The Urodynamic Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide diagnostic testing and therapy services to patients within our Associate Clinic locations.  The Urodynamic Specialist will complete a mandatory training and certification course and will report to a regional manager and ultimately to the Director of Clinical Services.  The Urodynamic Specialist represents the face of the Company within our account locations and is therefore a critical component to our account relationships.  Qualified candidates should be autonomous medical professionals who are customer-service oriented and skilled with catheterization and patient care etiquette.  Registered Nurses are preferred but medical technologists and LPNs will be considered.  Urodynamics experience is a major plus.

Compensation Package:
The Compensation Package includes a per-diem stipend and standard expense reimbursements.

Functional Description:
The Urodynamic Specialist’s responsibilities include the following:

  • Responsible for working with clinics to assist in preparing for diagnostic testing in their location (training, review, equipment set-up, etc.).
  • Responsible for contacting patients to discuss upcoming testing, answer questions, address concerns, and prepares them for upcoming procedures.
  • Conducting incontinence and other pelvic health diagnostics on-site at clinic locations on half-day and full-day schedules.
  • Utilize the Company’s technology platform to transfer data from testing days in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Providing input and guidance on clinical operations and assessment of the account from a utilization and patient management standpoint.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting urodynamic studies
  • Exceptional patient care and communication skills
  • Applicants should not live more than 50 miles from the primary territory location
  • Available up to 20 days per month
  • Exceptional computer and MS Office skills
  • An openness to learning, team work, and protocol-driven workflow
  • A willingness for flexible travel and work schedules with the ability to earn a great income
